I have been with FLP for 9yrs now & a Manager in the QLS group. I have always sold the product at the recomended retail price as per QLS & company recomendations. Sites like your are making it very difficult for the rest of us to continue to do this. I know you are not the only one & you may be feeling back into a corner also, but many of us are standing our ground & are not being drawn into losing our profit margin & are focusing on good customer care.
This is not a personal attack on you, but many of us are upset about sites such as yours & I do know that the Home Office is looking at ways to close these site down.
